Visions, Dreams and Aspirations

The Bible says that where there is no vision the people are unrestrained (Proverb 29:18 NASV), but is a vision, a dream about some future event, or an aspirational goal.

Modern business writers insist we need a vision to direct an organisation, something to direct our energy and use of resources. Indeed, the prophet Joel says that once the Holy Spirit is poured out, everyone including young and old, employers and employees, male and female will have dreams and visions.
