Fearfully and Wonderfully Made

All of us are born the same, without guilt, blame, shame, bias or prejudice. When we are old enough to interact, we assume everyone is the same as us, even if they look or sound different. But it doesn’t take long for that to change. Our sense of who we are gets affected by a whole collection of influences which are then reinforced by the society we live in and the media that informs it. We begin to compare ourselves with others, and often come short in the comparison. And yet God tells each one of us that we were skilfully put together by Him and each of us is made to order! You are fearfully and wonderfully made, what does it mean to you to know that God designed you, just as you are as his image bearer?
