And the winner is…

Athletes at the Olympics compete for a medal, preferably Gold. But it wasn’t always that way. In Biblical times competing athletes strove to win a crown of victory. This crown was made of a garland of leaves or other plant matter weaved together. It was a crown of honour.

We are encouraged to compete for a crown but unlike that given to the victorious athlete, our crown will be imperishable. What do we need to do to receive this crown, and what do we do when we get it?

All this and more on Sunday!
